We would like to reassure all our new and existing customers that we meet the highest health and safety standards when visiting your home. Your home or room(s) should be vacant when we visit – payment can be made in an envelope, over the phone or by bank transfer.
We will, at all times, adhere to the 2 metre distancing rules. We will also ensure that all our staff wear protective clothing, including masks, gloves and overshoes. These will be removed and disposed off safely after visiting your home, and new clothing put on for every home visit.
